Short Term Room Rental Policy
Rates include: A fully equipped apartment, utilities, bikes, helmets, wireless internet, use of building facilities (library, laundry, computer lab and other common areas), classroom use (must be pre-arranged with JCMU staff) and a welcome orientation. JCMU staff can assist with making advanced arrangements for local cultural activities and site visits, however any fees associated with such activities are NOT included as part of the rental fee and are the responsibility of the guests/guest program.
Proposals: Non-JCMU programs that would like to use space at JCMU during May must submit a proposal (including overview of the program, anticipated number of students and dates and a description of desired site visits, field excursions, guest lecturers or special activities) by June 1 of the year prior to the program. Program leaders will be notified regarding their programs status by August of the year prior to the program.
Cancellation Policy: Program leaders of accepted proposals will have until February 1st to submit final numbers for room reservations to the JCMU Program Coordinator. After this date the cancellation policy is as follows:

|February 1||Cancellations will be subject to 25% of the total fee for all rooms.|
|March 1||Cancellations will be subject to 40% of the total fee for all rooms.|
|April 1||Cancellations will be subject to 60% of the total fee for all rooms.|
|May 1||Cancellations will be subject to the total fee for all rooms.|
