JCMU regularly offers short programs without a Japanese language focus to allow students to learn about Japanese culture and society while also taking coursework in other topics.
All CCHP programs run concurrently every summer (early May through early June). Students in all programs take a Japanese Culture and Society course (3 credits) in addition to the keystone course for their specific cohort.
