JCMU Partner Schools

JCMU is partnered with various schools both in and out of Michigan in order to promote our study abroad programs in Japan. We were formed by our 15 public Michigan university Consortium members, and continue to work with other Affiliate/Cooperative institutions. Affiliates

From 1994 until 2006, JCMU affiliated with additional institutions in Michigan and across the United States. If you are attending an affiliate school and would like to learn more about how JCMU fits into your academic plans, please contact your school's JCMU representative listed below.

Consortium

The JCMU consortium consists of Michigan's 15 public universities. If you are from a consortium school and would like to learn more about how JCMU fits into your academic plans, please contact your school's JCMU representative listed below.

Cooperatives

From 2007 on, JCMU has been forming cooperative agreements with institutions across the United States. If you are attending a cooperative school and would like to learn more about how JCMU fits into your academic plans, please contact your school's JCMU representative listed below.

Partners in Japan

In 2003, two universities in Hikone joined in official student exchange agreements with JCMU. These agreement permit their students to study English at JCMU and allows JCMU's students to participate in club or cultural activities, use various facilities, and take special elective courses on their campuses (when available).
